Where will items be shipped from?

We are located in Japan.

Can I return purchased items?

Sure! Returned items must be in unworn condition with the original box to be eligible for a refund. 

Who pays the customs duty?

Shipping charge does NOT include custom duties. Buyers are responsible for applicable import custom duties/taxes. 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  


Which shipping company will you use?

We ship a product via DHL, FedEx and Japan Post.

Can I check the delivery status?

After the item is shipped, we will upload the tracking number. You can check the delivery status at any time from the tracking number.

When do you ship?

Shipping is available from Monday to Saturday.

Can you tell me the cost of shipping?

Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

When your order and payment go through, you will be directed to a confirmation page and all is good! You will also receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

Returns and exchanges

Is size exchange available?

Of course, it is possible. 

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

When will I receive my refund if I send it back?

Once the item arrives we will inspect it and then a refund will be issued.

Do you have 30 days return policy?

We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment as a general rule.

May I return items I have used?

Only new items are accepted for return.
