  ● Post submission of docs will arrange calls with Seller Mandate or Seller

  Step 2: NCNDA Seller Bank confirms receipt of buyers Swift MT799.

  Step 3: SPA and PI — with 5% percent penalty clause

  Step 4: Seller shares the video as Proof of Stock with buyer’s name/code

  ● A Welcome Letter will be issued to the buyer for a Physical

  verification/Inspection of the goods at the Warehouse

  Step 5: SGS Inspection by Buyer

  Step 6: LC RELEASE/ESCROW/ MT103/TT

  Step 7: TITLE TRANSFER
