USD 7.85/box (100 gloves in a box), FOB Sihanoukville, Cambodia
MOQ:
1 Million boxes
PAYMENT TERMS:
Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
* Need security deposit, the fee is the equivalent of 5 containers as security deposit.
( 40ft container= 32, 540 boxes/container)
Upon SGS inspection, 100% payment based on each shipment is required to pay to G4TEC.
The security deposit payment will be deducted for the last shipment of the order.
#THE PRICE WILL BE REVISED FROM TIME TO TIME
SOP:
1) Buyer Provides LOI
2) G4TEC provides FCO
3) Buyer Provides Purchase Order (PO)
4) G4TEC issues SPA and Performa Invoice (PI)
5) Buyer issue security deposit (TT) 50% from the amount of 10 containers to G4TEC after signing of the agreement (SPA)
6) Lead time: 2 weeks for first shipment and 10 containers will be ship weekly until complete order.
Buyer Mandate/Agent/Broker: They will be signing NCNDA and Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) direct with factory. 1 representative requires from Buyer mandate and/or Intermediaries only.
