    SEPARATE LC FOR COMMS TO ALLOCATION HOLDER

    WE ARE SELLER MANDATE TEAM

    Price (CIF Worldwide): $8.3 -> $8 LC to Factory. 30 cents LC to Allocation Holder (Comms split 50:50 between buyer and seller team).

    Allocation Available – 8Million/Mth

    MOQ- 1 Million

    SOP:

    1. After NCNDA, Submit LOI and POF

    2. Buyer receives FCO from Allocation Holder. Buyer signs FCO and returns.

    3. Allocation Holder issues SPA and both parties sign

    4. Buyer shares LC Draft and seller shows Allocation Letter

    5. Buyer opens 2 LCs -> Main LC ($8) to Factory. Comms LC (30 cents) to Allocation Holder.

    6. SGS inspection at Destination, Release Payment

    7. Buyer pick up goods from destination port
