We are direct with Co-seller mandate for the following SOP:

Cranberry Evolve 300 OTG

10 million boxes @ $27.00 All in, 10%

20 million boxes @ $26.00. All in. 10%

50% buy side open from 2 team (4+2) ahead of you.

::SOP::

1. NCNDA.. extends from seller mandate to buyer.

2. ICPO – The buyer must have the funds/bank account name shall be the same as the ICPO + KYC and AML.

If proxy buyer then AML & KYC from exit buyer must accompany initial submission.

3. M2M call.

4. Zoom call Seller & Buyer. POF via updated bank statement signed by branch manager shown or banker to banker verification (ledger to ledger).

5. SPA, EA (may be avoided if ledger to ledger) & IMFPA signed.

6. Warehouse address + Invitation Letter + Inspection same day possible… SGS & BOL provided at warehouse.

7. Payment / Title Transfer.
