For smaller lots, price is: Cranberry 5 B 18.70 all in, 10 B 18.50 usd all in, 100 million boxes, 25,3 usd all in. (For Cardinal MOQ is 17 all in). For all products mark up is allowed and 20% is given back to broker team.

    🔷 Seller Background Story:

    ▪️ Canadian citizen a 6th generation trader – having finance background, a fund raiser worked for tier one companies listed in Bloomberg. Completed more than 73 PPE deals. One of the most respected in industry. We are direct with the seller mandate who works inside the seller company. Prices are a little higher than some of the many (often fake) offers in the market, but 100 percent real. SOP is very strict, and has to be followed. Seller has over time found that this SOP works perfectly and makes the deal close successfully.

    SOP on Sale of Product

    1) Parties agree to price and quantity and buyer signs SOP

    2) Buyer sends NCNDA, Seller coordinator will provide seller detail

    3) Buyer sends LOI, ICPO, and LOA as to funds

    4) Buyer Side Completes draft IMFPA

    5) Seller does verification on Buyer documents and due diligence

    6) Seller sends LOA to Buyer as to existence of Product

    7) Buyer sends: BCL

    a. Must be from Tier 1 American or Canadian Bank

    b. Funds must be in America

    c. BCL’s from non banking firms will not be accepted. BCL’s need to be from a licensed and certified bank in America / Canada.

    d. BCL needs to be from well (highly) ranked “Tier One Bank” (https://www.usbanklocations.com/bank-rank/tier-1-core-risk-based-capital.html)

    8) BCL Verification by Seller

    9) A2A (within 72 hours), during which SPA ESCROW discussed and SGS discussed with Buyer’s Attorney.

    10) Redacted SGS provided to Buyer through Buyer’s Attorney

    11) SPA and Full IMPFA are signed by both parties.

    12) W9 / W8 / W7 ITIN as appropriate and KYC document by Buyer and by all Intermediaries and other parties that appear on IMFPA as payees

    13) Funds are transferred into Escrow account as per A2A discussions. Location of escrow account agreed to between Attorneys (either Buyer’s / Seller’s / or Independent attorney escrow)

    14) Full SGS provided and Buyer can do physical inspection / verification of goods at warehouse

    15) After satisfactory inspection, funds released to Seller and Title to Product is transferred to Buyer

    16) Buyer responsible for storage and other charges after Title transfer.

    17) Facilitators and Intermediary Commissions paid 3 banking days after Delivery and Acceptance (if delivered in tranches then per tranche)

    7. Seller does verification on Buyer documents and DD (48 hours)

    8. Seller confirms details with Titleholder (24 hours)

    9. Seller sends LOA/RWA to Buyer as POP

    10. Buyer sends BCL
