    1.NCNDA.imfpa

    2.Buyer need submit 3 doc below

    LOI

    (from government or private organization are ok ).

    POF

    ( bank statement within most recent 7 days )

    Disclaimer doc

    3. Submit the doc to the Ministry of health of China for approval (takes 3 days )

    4. After get approval.then assign representative to Beijing to sign SPA with Sinvac onsite.

    5. Do payment and arrange shipment schedule.
