    4. Buyer funds in 5% of total amount in Citylinker escrow(buyer’s own account)

    5. Buyer shows the 5% Citylinker escrow account to seller attorney

    6. Seller’s attorney advises POL(SGS, lot number, security number… etc)

    7. Buyer funds the 95% in to Citylinker escrow account

    8. Title transfer, release funds and shipment
