  4. Buyer provides proof of funds for the entire purchase from a Tier 1 US Bank (ATV)

  5. IMFPA, SPA and Escrow Agreement signed and completed by the buyer side and the seller side.

  6. Buyer receives verifiable SGS

  7. Buyer verifies SGS

  8. Buyer funds escrow

  9. Buyer is granted permission to inspect

  10. Buyer approves product after inspection (Sign off)

  11. Buyer authorizes escrow agent to release funds

  12. Seller receives funds and seller submits all necessary documents to effectuate the legal transfer of product title to the buyer.
