2) Buver only PB; Buyer deposit $10M into the buyer attorney’s escrow
account and have an escrow agreement (for performance deposit only) in
place to pay the seller in the event the buyer fails to perform. The
confirmation of the $10M deposit into the attorney IOLTA account is sent
to the seller from the buyer’s attorney in the letter of attestation (under
penalty of perjury…) along with seller approved escrow agreement for
$10M PB.
3) Seller has SGS and BOL in hand, and upon confirmation of $10M deposit
into the buyer’s attorney escrow account, the seller will provide the
redacted SGS report and BOL immediately to the buyer after
confirmation of the deposit being received in escrow.
4) SPA, EA (Full Transaction) & IMFPA SIGNED
5) BUYER INSPECTION (Full SGS and POP available at the warehouse)
6) MONEY TRANSFERRED.
7) TITLE TRANSFERRED WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION.
8) TRANSACTION CLOSED.
