    Packing & Markings :
    1) The Product shall be packed in a way that guarantees the safety of the goods
    during transportation, and shall be protected from water & oxidation Big Bulk Or Big
    Bag

    2) All packing conditions shall meet the international safe standards

    3) Each Package shall contain the following information:
    Gross weight & Net weight, Consignee, Inspection Stamp, Port of Destination &
    Incoterms: XXXX

    Seller’s Price on DLC % any world safe port basis (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

    – Incoterms 2010 will be Applied some destinations may not be possible due
    to Governmental or International Trade embargos or Logistic Constraints

    – Product Price & Contract Value / the Unit Price CIF PORT XXXX USD any
    world safe port of the goods will be $ XXXX USD (Calculated -/+ 5 days
    before shipment & confirmed for entire contract per DLC100 %) CIF TO
    XXXX

    – Freight incoterms 2010 for product shipped containers to destination port
    mentioned in the agreement between the buyer and seller


    Payments Terms:
    – Buyer’s Bank will issue LC 100% Irrevocable, Operative & Transferable

    – LC 100% Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight against an Email/Fax Copy of
    2% Insurance Financial Security Bond from the Seller’s Multinational
    Insurance company to DLC issuing Bank to Activate the LC% MT700


    Weight & Quality Inspection:
    – The Seller guarantees that each shipment shall be provided with an
    inspection, certificate of weight quantity and quality at time of loading
    – Such certificates shall be provided by XXX Only at Seller’s Expenses, and shall
    be deemed to be final
    – The Seller instruct authority to carry out the inspection in strict accordance
    with the international chamber of commerce (I.C.C) rules
    – The Goods shall confirm the specification mentioned in the contract
    – The quality of the goods will be confirmed by a certificate issued by the
    independent international survey company
    Procedures:
    1) Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) Signed & Stamped
    2) Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO) Signed & Stamped to Buyer
    3) Buyer Sign & Stamp (FCO) and returns it to Buyer if no further amendments
    required within 48 hours
    4) Seller issue Draft Contract in favor of the Buyer for approval
    5) Buyer Sign & Stamp the Draft Contract and returns it to Seller within 48 hours
    6) Seller Sends back the Final Contract to Buyer via Email or Fax, along with the
    Proforma Invoice which is deemed as original, final & binding
    7) Within 10 Banking Days of Receiving the Final Contract (The Electronic Version),
    The Buyer will issue Operative Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC100% ) in Favor
    to the Seller to be Activated Against an Email or Fax Copy of 2% Insurance
    Financial Security Bond from The Seller’s Mssrs XXXX
    It is hereby agreed and understood that this Full Corporate Offer (FCO) will hold its validity
    till 5 Days Only from its date; failing to sign it before will be liable/subject to a price change
    if applicable.
    Upon singing & stamping of this offer, we will proceed with the other formalities.
